We were talking about this in the DBS thread, but in the last chapter Merus lopped off Moro's left arm(after Moro had grabbed Merus by the neck and *possibly* absorbed his abilities)... And in this chapter, Moro lost his left arm.
So I think Goku will opt not to kill Moro when he should(cuz idiocy), Moro will regain his lost arm(which has the power absorbing gem still intact), and either snap it back on to unlock Merus's Angelic UI abilities, OR use it to copy Goku's UI.
