Yeah, but that's because all Death Ball technique requires are little gestures made by your index finger.
It doesn't necessarily mean he could do it with other techniques, such as Freeza Beam or Daichiretsuzan.
Still, even a not-very-charged Death Ball did the trick at 530,000 PL.

The herald Nova detonated a star pretty casually, an Earth like planet shouldn't take much effort
As for a planet of Vegeta's magnitude, silver surfer comes to mind with energy projection (his ability to create black holes easily would do the trick)
Also, Vegeta being bigger and denser than earth is a massive understatement, it has 4X the gravity of Jupiter.....for reference Jupiter only has 2.5X the gravity of earth and you could fit about 100 earths inside it. The size/density gap between Vegeta and Jupiter is bigger than Jupiter and Earth,......LOL

Surfer has triggered black holes with simple energy discharges, if he wanted to, he could casually destroy any planet like what Galan asked by simply triggering one right on it. If you're talking about an earth sized planet like what Galan asked, surfer literally blew up a planet just to teach ravenous a lesson ffs, how much more casual do you need?
