I know your comprehension skills is terrible, but the point of the scans was that wasn't set in reality yet, It didn't come into being yet and the original Multiverse was still there, being destroyed by Mr. Mxyzptlk. Superman, Alpheus and the others were on the original Earth.
The feat is nonexistent, it's the difference between a truck and a truck shrunken down to fit in your hand. Either way it's a real truck but the one in your hand doesn't have the same structural integrity as it does when it is its normal size. Destroying that same truck when it has been shrunken down to fit in your hand does not give you strength in the 10 ton range. So yeah you can say you destroyed a truck with your bare hands when it's shrunken to fit in your hand but context matters
