Not sure why, in context, or out of context, Biden commenting on little girls who just danced, that he'd be very hopeful seeing them dance in 4 years.

There's no context that makes it not seem creepy. I'm unsure, outside of creepy justifications, when it would be okay to tell a little kid that you'd be looking forward to watching them dance when they were preteens. There's no situation or context that makes that normal.

I like seeing children happy and I'd not call myself old fashioned. I get child-like joy seeing kids being kids and playing, enjoying their day without a care in the world, as it should be when you're a kid.
