I generally think Superman and Thor are comparable in strength/power, but the speed difference is too huge for me to say Thor can win that. While he has some good hax, it's not enough and Superman has ridiculous abilities of his own. Surfer should be somewhat comparable to Superman in combat speed (I believe he has a nanosecond level feat or two), and he has good hax, but after seeing some anti-feats recently I'm not sure if I can say he wins here.
If they're all in character, I feel like the team would probably win. However, once we get to the bloodlusted round, I'm pretty sure I'd have to say Superman.

Surfer is stronger. He created a star and held it in his hand without strain. He did this multiples of times.
So it would apparently seem.

Yep. Star strength. He even did it while weakened. Star strength for the win.
Also, Red Cloud was about to kill Superman by choking him to death with her hands. Yes, it was said on panel and yes, Superman even knew his life was about to end and he was helpless to do anything. I feel confident either of these two could replicate that showing. 2 against one is unnecessary. 1 on 1 is better here.
