As fact, all 3 of those things are less characteristic of conservatives and more characteristic of progressives/liberals.Starting at the top:
Autism and political leaning is more associated with a liberal bias:

This fits in line with trends we see in cancel culture: it is part of a liberal response bias that has been associated with autism. They "over-detect social faux pas".
Drug use by political leaning: liberal, obviously.
And as far as drug use and drug abuse goes, it is so well known that liberals use and abuse drugs more than conservatives that it is ubquitus.
Well known surveys tell us positions on drug use:

And, in fact, we know that liberals hyper-focus on autonomy to absolve personal responsibility. Recently, there has been a backlash against this position in the psychological community and this narrative is crumbling.

But to directly address your point, the "liberal hippie types taking drugs", we all know this, already.

Lastly, ED by political leaning: conservatives are less likely to suffer from ED because they are healthier.
We do know that conservatives are healthier than liberals. That should be obvious because conservatives are more conscientious (this is what the psychology community calls it and the reason they think conservatives are healthier on average). This is also called personal responsibility.

Obviously, a healthy individual is less likely to have ED issues.
