Lol, Etrigan was useless and kept getting tossed aside. He did superficial damage and clawed his face off to no effect. Thor was 100x more competitive against Beyonders.
P.S. Unrestrained Spectre (Without the host) and possessed by Eclipso, with a sustained attack couldn't even destroy the Earth. I find that rather funny, because if the roles were reversed, you'd be arguing that this Spectre was continental level.

He can't evade Thor for very long, and frankly, I'm not sure he would at all. If you're going to make a thread about Etrigan, you should know how he prefers to fight. In some interpretations, he ENJOYS taking pain. Unfortunately, Thor wields a weapon capable of cutting him to pieces and Etrigan being a demon, the standard non-lethal attacks wouldn't apply.
