Superman one-shots him with either heat vision or a strike. Knull can't compete in any way with him.
Knull has been up until now a b*tch that got trashed by anything from mini-suns, any notable character he has gone up against, and has been KOd and his sword stolen by random gods. He even got trapped for a shitload of time by a planet of his symbiotes.
And I'm ignoring speed entirely, with which Superman would bend him, all of his symbiotes, Thor, Surfer and rape them right in front of a cheering Eddie Brock, whose been lent speed by the Flash to be able to see it all in the picosecond it happens.
