Gonna be honest, I haven't been paying much attention to the actual story that's happening right now. I saw him tearing Sentry in half and a few other bits, but that's it.

My gut says Knull wins, but my derision for DC and what they've done to Superman doesn't mean I can ignore his ridiculous powers.
