nope, NO SUNEATHER was NOT specified in the Opening post of our tournament, you should've let Phil know

Battlefield will be a merger of non-populated DC/Marvel Earth but with no tech other than what you have on you/what participants can create [so there's no Baxter Building, no Batcave, no Watchtower etc.].

Prep: You can build stuff, put up defenses, prepare offense etc. You can run around the globe, you can teleport, you can fly, in that time. But you can't affect the actual battlefield - once the match starts it resets so you only have what you carried/created on you. When the minute is up you go through a portal which takes you to the reset battlefield.

Standard tourney rules: 0.5km starting distance. No BFR. No CIS. Posters are in control.

With regards to Animal Man....I personally just see it as being above Low Herald, which is where he is situated (a Sun Eater, that is). Would be interesting to see how others see it, and I welcome other views and opinions. I'm not going to die on this hill to spite you mate.

I then wanted to see what others thought. Damborg agreed no Sun Eaters, anyway.

But like I said, not a hill I'm going to die on. You didn't push the point after though, so I assumed it wasn't being used.

I think the intentions for the tournament were clear.

look, you should've let phil specified on the opening post or here because he's the one set up the rules after discussing with us

i don't have to push the point though, sun eater power is part of buddy's powerset, everytime he copies someone's power, he possess it permanently. it is part of his power, you gotta blame whoever put him on low herald in the tier list if you think he's too powerful

if it's not a hill you wanna die on, then you are saying you allow it. don't change your tune later DS, because it is a hill I'm have to die on, since it's too late for me to change my posts.

Phil specifically said it was up to the contestants whether it would appear and the consensus was that it was above the cap, no point in blaming the people who made the tier list, that's just moving goal posts.
