Battlefield will be a merger of non-populated DC/Marvel Earth but with no tech other than what you have on you/what participants can create [so there's no Baxter Building, no Batcave, no Watchtower etc.].

Prep: You can build stuff, put up defenses, prepare offense etc. You can run around the globe, you can teleport, you can fly, in that time. But you can't affect the actual battlefield - once the match starts it resets so you only have what you carried/created on you. When the minute is up you go through a portal which takes you to the reset battlefield.

Standard tourney rules: 0.5km starting distance. No BFR. No CIS. Posters are in control.

I would've double checked legality if I were in your place, but I get that Phil did not tell you it was illegal when you provided your OP so at some point the discussion here was not clearly considered definitive for him I assume. I get your frustration in that regard but I'm entirely honest when I say I thought it was illegal myself because of the discussion we just argued about

With regards to Animal Man....I personally just see it as being above Low Herald, which is where he is situated (a Sun Eater, that is). Would be interesting to see how others see it, and I welcome other views and opinions. I'm not going to die on this hill to spite you mate.

it's too little too late to speak up against because the bz is over

it was not my only stradegy, because without the sun eater i still written a better bz than you, provided more feats and more scans
