Marvel confirmed that back in 2017 that the Phoenix is the Guardian of Creation. It's is nice that they're confirming it in the comics now. 👍

Its similar to how Odin said he created the earth and everything at the start of the comic, yet he was wrong.

Well, its Phoenix's inner monologue. How correct it is, yet to be shown because KIB Handbook again mentioned that Celestials created the stars.Its similar to how Odin said he created the earth and everything at the start of the comic, yet he was wrong.

The Big Bang that it is referring to in the 1st sentence of the scan you posted was the beginning of the 7th iteration, which was the first time The Celestials appeared. Knull was in the void from the destruction of the 6th iteration. That’s how in SS: black that Norrin found out about him and even encountered Big G incubating in his spaceship while he becoming Galactus. The 7th was done away with Secret wars and the 8th was done away with the incursions.

Not quite.
Theres a difference. Odins account isnt backed up through continuity by numerous sources saying the same thing both writer commentary and in comic subject experts i.e. Reed Richards and cosmic beings
Plus on top of that Knulls handbook entry says the Celestials merely shaped out of universal matter which as ive been saying all along is ambient Phoenix Force so theres no contradiction at all:
