1. She doesnt need to stay at bullet speed indefinitely or even reach half of bullet speed in this fight.
As long as she can perceive attacks in slow motion. More than half the time Kurse is going to be on his ass.

2. Hurting Kurse will be a problem I admit. See I'm not bias. But she can possibly restrain him with the lasso if she can't hurt him significantly enough. Lasso tie would constitute as a forum win.
Also the grenade here would be an option.

She doesnt have to even move as fast as invisible bullet speed. Just more than fast enough to avoid attacks. When no attack is thrown then she doesnt have to be moving at all. When an attack is thrown then just a little faster than the attack will suffice. WW never has to move anywhere near her top speed here.

3. "Fight in character" implies how characters CHOOSE TO FIGHT based off their intelligence, creativity, and style. WW would never choose to get hit by Kurse on purpose (unless she decides to test his power). I see her using the lasso and grenade here, especially if she is not hurting him to satisfactory levels.

So, everytime WW got hit in her movies by non-bullet time attacks, it was because she choose to get hit?

There is no hole. Any showings that contradict WW having bullet speed perceptions are irrelevant in a forum fight.

Wonder Woman has displayed bullet time speed more often than not. She used her speed in every fight in 84 despite being weakened for most of it. The fact that she could catch a bullet with her lasso that was a dozen yards away from her while being depowered meanst that Kurse can't touch her.

I see no point in the question when I stated that any showings that contradict WW having bullet speed perceptions are irrelevant in a forum fight. Therefore you should argue directly now.

Its not a contradiction to what shes capable of. Its just how she fights in character.

Which may be to preserve her speed as we dont know the endurance limits of her speed. Or it could be shes a dumb ass in combat. Either way if thats how she usually rolls then its a completely legit argument in a forum fight.

You are making stuff up. The only thing that is true is what the writers intent is.

Also, you are forgetting about fiction inconsistency.

Also, In character has absolutely nothing to do with getting hit on purpose. Its called Plot Induced fiction.
