He was obviously weakened based of chains holding him and the circumstances that took place before being chained up. The question is simple. Because we usually base things primarily off of fts and we don't assume he is more powerful than Hulk, Hercules, etc... its like me saying all of the beings that have beat Surfer and Thor is more powerful than Superman, even if they don't have the fts.

Who said anything about him being weak? I think this can be used as proof of Superman not outright fist punching high tier, people known for their strength in overpowering people with brute force alone, in a stompage fashion. If the comic doesn't state/show Barbatos as being weakened, anything else is pure speculation and you adding your own headcanon. Does it make logical sense? No, but it happened. I thought you were the one who didn't ignore feats?

But he"s just some random throwaway character. Abhilegend has always declared struggling against random throwaway characters as low showings. No one lambasts him about it.
Also, the absence of feats seems to be treated as the inability to perform such feats here, even if a character is never shown attempting and failing said feats.

Depends on how high we are looking tbh. Example, most here considered this a bad showing for Surfer. 1st time fight with this guy that I know of, he was choking Surfer with planetary strength but due to him lacking in fts, it was considered a not so great showing for Surfer. The difference between Mighto and this guy is that at least we know he is planetary in power.
