I'm torn there, I don't think they will, but now it seems that McConnell has blocked and pushed the trial until after Trump leaves office. So if Trump is convicted, he can't be removed as he's already gone, he'd just lose the ability to run for office again and all the perks an ex-POTUS gets. So that leads me to believe the Republicans might be planning for just that. Honestly don't know.
