Donald J. Trump is seeking to block from release a wide range of documents related to the January 6th attack on the Capitol, the National Archives said Saturday in an early-morning federal court filing, detailing what Trump is fighting to keep secret. In the filing, in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, John Laster, the director of the National Archives' presidential materials division, laid out for the first time exactly which documents Trump was asserting executive privilege over:

Records from Mark Meadows, Stephen Miller, and former White House Deputy Counsel Patrick Philbin

The White House Daily Diary, which includes the president's movements, calls, and meetings

Phone logs, including calls between Trump and Mike Pence concerning January 6th

Proposed talking points for former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany

A handwritten note concerning Jan. 6

A draft text of Trump's pre-riot speech

A draft proclamation honoring the Capitol Police

A memo about potential anti-election litigation

A series of emails from a state official regarding election-related issues

Talking points on alleged election irregularities in one Michigan county
They need to release everything that's related, sunshine is the best disinfectant, so they say
AP tally: Arrests at widespread US protests hit 10,000
But please, keep pretending that those riots were just hand-waved away like you people hand-wave the capital insurrection. Truly deplorable.
Capitol Riot suspect in tears at sentencing
Robert Palmer, 54, of Tampa admitted in U.S. District Court on Monday that he was the man wearing a red, white and blue “Trump” jacket while attacking police protecting the entrance to the Lower West Terrace of the US Capitol January 6.
laughcry
Too funny, but they should have given this racist and domestic terrorist a much longer sentence. A true shame she got a slap on the wrist.
'We ain't playing f***ing nice!' New video shows 'zip-tie guy,' mom during Capitol riot
Newly released video shows how Capitol riot suspect Eric Munchel, the so-called "zip-tie guy," and his mother methodically worked their way through protesters, ultimately ending up in the U.S. Senate gallery during the January 6th insurrection. -snip
Awwww, a mother and son bonding together over their shared love of Trump, treason and domestic terrorism.

Trump will be arrested any day now.
I reckon if they do get him one day it will be something related to money laundering or tax fraud. The fund raising he did to fight the "fraudulent" election result would be an obvious place to start.
Doubt he will go down due to Jan 6th or anything else he did as President though.
Trump DOJ Official Brings Kraken Lawyer to Deposition
A top Trump Justice Department official who aided his quest to overturn the 2020 election met Friday with congressional investigators probing the January 6th Capitol attack—accompanied by a lawyer who worked on a suit aimed at overturning the Georgia election results.
Jeffrey Clark was photographed heading into and out of a brief deposition with the select panel investigating the insurrection.
It was his first time facing any congressional probe related to the attack, and he was joined by a new lawyer: Harry MacDougald, an Atlanta lawyer who partnered with conspiracy theorist Sidney Powell to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.
Dumbass.
