Apparently both Jay Sekulow and Pat Cipollone, the current White House lawyer, have both indicated that they'd not be interested in defending Trump in his impeachment Senate trial.
Alan Dershowitz is a possibility though, as Dershowitz has already said that Trump riling up his mob to riot was protected speech in his views.
