You show how much time and effort Knull needed to create the Necrosword. He lost it when Gorr took it; if he could just manifest it anytime he wanted, then what was his issue?
It was taken from him. Knull however can still manifest swords etc, just like Carnage can - just not THE NEcrosword.

So I checked a few pages and I got this:
He is shown on his throne with a sword that looks exactly like the sword he created and refined later which turned out to be the necrosword (last page, firstb panel). And this is after the Gorr incident, as you can see him (Gorr) on the first page and he's telling the story chronologically. There isn't any explanation from where he got it back though. I guess we will simply have to wait for King in Black to continue.

Right now I'll got with Gorr amped by the blood of all those alien dieties and since Knull says he's a God then would he have fallen to Gorr''s God bomb? Maybe but in this match', Gorr dosnr have enough time to make the God bomb.
Thor manhandled Knull before getting distracted, I don't think he was able to do this to Gorr but with thsy said, the necrosword is knulls creation and he can easily take it back from gorr like he did the void from the sentry and win this fight.

Not sure bout manhandling. He struck him yes, but he has a bit of the odnfrce. He's(standard thor) ko'd gorr before in one occasion and chopped his arm off in another.
But yeah, as far as I know All-Black is somewhere in a future timeline.
Imo he'd give the Void treatment to gorr if they ever faced each other.

Took a bit more than just a 'bit' of refining, and the effects were quite far reaching. But by the by - it's still not the Necrosword that he's currently using (which Gorr is using).
We can't just cross feats when they're not the same sword.
