Highest energy output is tricky. Mutants like Vulcan and Havok can throw out high levels of energy, while Thor with the Motherstorm has major advanatges. Surfer, Anti-Man, Starbrand and Cosmic Ghost Rider are viable options.
Hardest strike should be Hulk again with Thor, possibly Blue Marvel, Gladiator and Sentry close behind.
Greatest Damage soak is hard to call. In comparison to the character and their capability. I ain't calling that

Smartest operates between Richards, Doom, Stark, Lunella, Brashear, Tchalla and Valeria. Both the Reeds have the general smarts, with Doom holding the edge in magic and other areas, but the rest all are capable of rivaling the others in their respective fields

I didn't even think about the Herald part. Remove Hulk since his lowest incarnation is Herald level and his mid and upper tier is Trans tier to Skyfather tier.

Hulk can easily be bfr. He's a low herald at best.
