Cull had Tony on the back foot in Endgame as well though. That being said, Cull gets underrated a lot IMO, and he had pretty potent gear. His weapon could transform into multiple different forms, both defensive and offensive, and he used it pretty effectively throughout the fight with Spider-Man and Iron Man.

Kind of a random observation which doesn't really have anything to do with the match, but looked like Ebony Maw has some level of heightened awareness. He was able to dodge the throw by Cull without looking and also later counters a pursuing Spider-Man without turning or looking behind him either.
But yeah, on topic, Cull's weaponry helped a huge deal to counter a lot of what Tony threw at him. Without it he would probably have had a much more difficult time dealing with Iron Man than he did. And all Hulk has is his fists, so he's going to have a rough time with some of Tony's arsenal. I do think if he can get into close-up fisticuffs he could give Iron Man some serious trouble though.
