Flash will not forget that he have speed, speed steal, etc... he isn't dumb.
First scan was on someone light enough for him to carry. 2nd scan was “wounded cops” and it’s unclear whether he’s also using super speed. The last 2 scans definitely exercise your point a lot better cuz I was getting worried there for a sec lol
Wally isn’t necessarily “stupid” but it’s taken him a while to get hang of these exotic tricks. And he clearly let Amazo beat his ass just short of losing consciousness before resorting to the speed steal. What happened? Was that CIS/PIS? Imagine that same Flash fighting not one but two equal or better opponents lol

on only a slightly more serious note--i like ds's scan. i know lots of people were annoyed by my suggestion relating to character. but again, it was intended to suggest a way to get more discussion from a character like flash and any uber speed guy. carv is obviously trolling, but the funny thing is open any flash thread and you'll see similar arguments made for real.
as regards this match, isn't it safe to assume guys like monarch and darkseid simply perceive the universe around them differently? ie spacetime looks different? i'm sure there is support to suggest this for darkseid. monarch's ability to see things differently can be inferred from his appearances and battles against guys with uber speed. i don't think we need to cry pis to every flash book. i think we can sometimes just credit the people he's fighting, or matched up against. i dunno. maybe that makes more sense to some than what i was suggesting earlier.
and yes, of course this is spite against flash. 👆

Yes, I know Ray was trying to escape - IMO, that's even more impressive as he caught someone trying his best to get away as quickly as possible and tore him apart.

Based on powers, and based on comics, Carver chose the stupidest possible option to try and prove a point.
He can still speed steal, speed stealing works with mass and velocity, not what a character is, where he draws power from, or what tier they are, only character in comics to ever be immune to speed steal is Hunter Zolomon, if you're talking about True Form Darkseid who is a platonic abstract then NO he can't, true Darkseid covers the whole multiverse, and the one limitation of speed steal is size, if you're talking about his avatar, then yes he definitely can.
