I'm going with the Main Man.

I tend to Lobo but not sure. Lobo has healing factor and I dont think Adam could simply blitz him based on Lobo and Shazam's fight
Although Adam's magic transmutation gives Adam a chance to win. I dont recall any instance Lobo resisted something similar
