I had the cloning as valid when I said post-crisis/current Lobo. I think that is considered essentially generic ability of his. Iirc he randomly did it a few months ago?

As for the clones.....I mean, classic Lobo had it, then Vril Dox removed it, then he had it back again. It's inherent to Czarnians.

Powers always work, unless the opponent makes it not work. The environment is ideal for any power.
