yeah maybe. i guess if you think he goes for blood control or something. not likely for him though, not off the bat. the team would likely try something physical and he would defend but she would be trying to dehydrate him as they did.
could be quick draw. in character, i'm not sure how this would go. i'd think she could affect him, but his shield has some weird showings.

Gold might be a metal but it’s not magnetic. Beating someone with similar powers and having feats against said powers to show defense, resistance to it are two different things.

I mean Water also has trace metals as it is. Mera isn't REALLY dehydrating without the use of her brain which Magento had shown to affect multiple times, He'd probably give Aquaman the Hercules treatment and encase him with metals from the earth and throw him back into the water, Orms helmet would be crushing him for him to even try and fight. 😂
