We literally have Superman have jumps in power during UP, UP AND AWAY. When there are stress triggers. He literally goes from unable to fly to being able to fly. He even developed a new power with his improved brain. You(and carter) have been shown this, ignore it.
During the training with Mongul, Superman literally says he feels his powers surge and he was almost unable to control himself. You two have been shown this also.
And there are a plethora of other examples, both implied and overt. You coming up with a bunch of bullshit goal post moving standards doesn't change from this fact. So shut the **** up.
