Gun control in the US

The protestors had zero interest in the McCloskey residence, they were there to protest at the front of the Mayor's house which was several blocks away, where they were heading towards.

What happened, the McCloskeys looked out their window, saw a bunch of people, some of them Black and due to the bigotry and wannabe-hero-fantasies, they threatened the protestors with guns.

If they had stayed in their homes or come out without guns, the protestors would have walked right by them. The protestors should have been charged with damaging a gate.

"Protestors" lol. They were a riotous mob. They broke down the private gate of that community (trespassing) and were making all kinds of noise. The couple was enjoying a leisurely dinner or whatever then they heard all hell break loose. They obviously felt threatened and I wouldn't blame them knowing how BLM is known for destroying property and burning shit down.

It's funny how you call every Trump supporter (not just the idiots who actually did break the law when they stormed Capitol building) who was in DC on Jan 6th "rioters" instead of peaceful protestors but when BLM thugs break down the gate to a private community and storm in where they have no right to be you call them "protestors" lol.

Peaceful protestors don't break the law.

Ummmmm, these protestors just damaged a metal gate, while the "protestors" on Jan 6th stormed our capital, vandalized it, stole government property, threatend to hang the VP and other elected officials and attacked police officers, all with the intent of overturning the results of a fair election.
