Superman on both. Definitely on number 2. In the New52 he was just treated all around physically superior. It took Black Adam and Parralax Sinestro to move the moon in Forever Evil in comparison Superman held the weight of the planet for 5 days straight.
Ultraman trashed Black Adam pretty bad in Forever Evil and prior to that in Trinity War Superman suggested he wasn鈥檛 serious when he got in a scuffle with Billy but that for the most part was pretty inconclusive due to the whole league possibly being the reason Shazam backed down.
The comic that you're using as moving the moon, that entire story was a lowball fest. Superman himself in that same book said that Darkseid is the only being in the universe that can destroy a planet. Black Adam and Sinestro moving the moon is a high showing for the writer of that story. Anyways, I would say split or slight edge to Supes.

Yeah I can agree Johns might have a different opinion on what constitutes a high end feat, or where high tiers stay at. The issue though is that鈥檚 legit Black Adam鈥檚 best strength feat in the New52 and he doesn鈥檛 really have anything in regards to physicals matching Nuperman鈥檚 best overall physical feats in that continuity. They seemed to drop physicals of the Shazam roster of characters or atleast in comparison to Nuperman in the Post-Flashpoint continuity in favor of magic and hax.

He does though. Him and Captain Marvel knocked out Superboy Prime.
In rebirth? If we include Rebirth stuff he also got beat by Wonder Woman in Metal and then there鈥檚 that recent showing against Brutus where he was being overpowered by Brutus and then Superman comes an overpowers Brutus. In JL #59

We might get a better answer on where Teth stands in relation to Superman based off the cover to the next JL issue. Which it wouldn鈥檛 surprise me if he starts getting better showings given a movie is underway but as for now consistency doesn鈥檛 favor Black Adam in relation to Superman.
Even so, it doesn't mean much considering this thread is N52. You hit the nail on the head, Superman is just a different beast in the n52 compared to BA.

Using the Geoff Johns mention as well Superman under Johns in the New52 was suggested as the most powerful being on the planet atleast twice I believe once in origins with Darkseid trying to abduct him and another time in Throne of Atlantis with Aquaman telling Orm it.
Lobdell seemed to follow the same notion and had Helspont even scan the planet and came to the conclusion Superman was the strongest being on the planet and would do well carrying out his goals.
I鈥檇 argue in the New52 Superman was just meant at the very least to be ahead of everyone else.

Strongest or most powerful?

Most powerful. That was contradicted though because he fought beings more powerful than him.
To be fair Helspont and Aquaman both stated on the planet Superman is the most powerful. I think that would disqualify characters like H鈥橢l, Darkseid, and other aliens/characters who typically don鈥檛 stay on Earth, The Dimension or universe hop.
I can鈥檛 really think of any characters Earth bound that would contradict the statement. But then again it could always just be a statement. But it鈥檚 hard not to justify given this same Superman can hold the weight of the planet, heat the entire planet with his heat vision if he wanted, fly in and out of black holes and etc.
They were wrong though. Wraith was on the planet during that time and it was proven and shown via fights that Wraith was more powerful and more versatile.

He also tanked the blackhole bullets that messed Superman up...
