I'm making the point that the bad business guys always use the state to have their ends met.

If you remove the state, the only business people that remain are good guys.

This is very much false. There is what the coal companies did to their workers which didn't need any government sanction to do.

There was the pollution issues from a lot of corporations dumping toxic material into various water sources.

Bad businesses exist independently of government.

Contract is a better means of societal organization over violence.

That's why courts exist instead of roving gangs of vigilantes.

I'm just arguing you could privitize the courts.

there won’t be any courts. Unless you mean a church?

But yeah, private courts? Wow, I’m sure they’re totally not going to accept bribes are they? You dumbass. 😂

More than bribes for the private courts how exactly are they going to work in a fair manner.

Do both parties agree on the one private court and use it? How is this private court's decisions legally binding over the participants? What happens if one person decides they don't like the private court and want to choose a different one? What happens when a court can't be decided upon to use?

Do they get paid by case? If so wouldn't that incentivize them to you know push through lots of cases with little deliberation? Would courts decide to not handle more risky financially less beneficial cases? If so what happens to any cases the courts don't pick up? Do they pay the jurors who will be participating? Does this mean professional juror could become an occupation?

Or are we going the route of the private prisons where they are still a part of the government's chain of work? Does that mean the government does still exist? If so there is well documented issues with private prison quality lacking so why should we expect different from private courts?

Also if the people being tried are liable for paying the private courts does that mean people could be bankrupted by the private courts? Does it create a pay to play type scenario where poorer people can't afford to go to court anymore?

one of the reasons coal minors worked so hard is that any excess coal they collect they keep. Kinda a good strategy, I wish they’d still do things like that. Although, I remember if I worked hard on a job, I’d get some nice hospitality like some sweets or if it’s like a holiday then I could have a beer. Ah, the perks of being a kitchen Porter.

This was back when there were trade unions, but obviously after all the strikes in the 70s and the overseeing of jobs (thanks Nixon) Thatcher closed them down. Tbf, the unions were gaining too much power and were ****ing useless themselves. Maybe the proxy wars in Asia and Latin America were a good thing… “made in Mexico,” “made in China,” sorry Afghanistan, Argentina, Panama etc. you got wars, we got cheap goods. Great success!
