Yep, and since he can fly, he can take advantage of buildings and all the rubble he'd create. If his shockwaves don't kill the zombies, the trillions of tons of rock and metal and glass crashing down on them will.

How many instance of getting pierced by PIS are there? He has a lot of piercing resistance feats that make that bullet magic or something to have penetrated his helmet and knocked him out like Wolverine in X2. That seems to be a super low showing imo. Especially since people like Wolverine have to put in effort to cut him and Logan could slice through a door that bullet wouldn't even leave a dent in.

Back on topic though, all the punishment Bolt has taken that hasn't split his skin(like Thanos stomping his head into the ground or getting rocked by the Hulk) should make it pretty obvious some low level zombies can't break his skin. Also I mean, he can fly and has full access to New York so he shouldn't really ever be in danger of being surrounded or bitten in the first place.

Those are not good cases.
In a few it was Thor's armor and clothing. In another, Thor didn't even touch the blade. In another, Thor crushes the blades from the flat sides.

The creatures inside him might be the only legit one but i have to read the comic to determine the context.

Black Bolt would do it the fastest. Runner up would be the Human Torch.

Thor and black bolt are very susceptible to piercing attacks, it doesn't makes sense but it is what it is.
