Bendis has like every issue said and shown that Superman is the most powerful being on Earth and just last week was stated to be the most powerful being in galaxy. Even at the start of the run he casually manhandled Brutus or whatever his name was who was casually choking out Adam. Only carter can think he suddenly thinks Adam is more powerful than Superman lol
