I just think people just have an emotional connection to this place and they know if they try to move it somewhere else it's not going to be the same. Even if it's a below the surface type feeling they aren't aware of.

I mean there's already been attempts to bring the KMC folk to other social platforms together but they haven't really been successful.

I think some of that has to do with the fact that without that emotional/nostalgia connection of this place the people here have no incentive to get tied up in a new site.

The truth is that the people who are friends here are also already friends on other platforms. The truth is that the people on this forum are already plenty busy in the real world so I doubt most would want to put any effort into a new place.

Also KMC has kind of just become an old clubhouse and people know once you start adding new people in the rules are gonna have to change to keep generating new blood and because of the above reasons most people would rather just sit in the old clubhouse until it or everyone is gone.

There's nothing wrong with that it's just reality.

The problem is that this site may go down due to technical difficulties as a result of no updates nor maintenance. Once that happens it's too late to do anything. I don't know where to look for Bada, Galan, or any other member.

Moving to Facebook or Discord isn't going to be successful because not everyone uses those platforms, and those who do may not want to share the information available on there. Moving to an existing forum is a problem in that you're joining a different community and that you have to adjust to it.
