Weakest character who can beat the following characters 10/10

This is not a gauntlet. Assign 1 weakest character that can beat one or another of the following. You can use the same character twice [say, Manchester Black can do so both to Hulk and Aquaman or whatever]. You can even use characters on the list [if you consider them the weakest] that can beat some others on the list.

Under forum rules [full capacity]. Bloodlusted.

Both sides have full capacity/bloodlust? Because there are some toughies there. You'd need a speedster for the telepaths, at the very least. Or speedster telepaths - Martian Manhunter, ironically, should do well on paper....

Full power Cable in a forum setting has enough TK to keep her at bay and KO her. Abhi and I did a battlezone about it a while back… she’s gotten better since then but imo the result is still the same.

It’s a ridiculous feat but she wasn’t exactly casually towing the thing. But yeah, she’s getting more respect.

Still, a spent Cable was hitting hard enough to break Surfer’s board. Fully rested he can hold her off and hit her with that power til she drops. And that’s without getting into the telepathy arguments.

High level TK/TP people (like high level GLs and speedsters) just benefit more from forum rules.

Is breaking his board considered a high end feat? I have a hard time seeing him beat her for the majority.

Saint has it right though a speedster should beat them all except maybe the magic users and for those maybe a high end durable brick

It doesn’t need to be high end. A bunch of invisible force with that striking power is going to hurt and eventually KO Diana. And again, tp.

Venom is overkill for Wolverine, Spidey should do.
Supergirl is an odd choice against a magic-user, and 10/10 is not guaranteed because of that.
Cable gets blitzed before he even thinks of doing anything, 10/10 is absolute delusional.

I think people see 10/10 as a stomp or something. It’s not that, it’s just decisive.

Also, I would have Aquarian for Quicksilver, and Nova Rider.

Other people to be considered here for this thread: Nemesis Kid, Fantomex, Judomaster, Purple Man (maybe lol), Crimson Avenger.

I disagree… but that’s the strat I would use against Wonder Woman, so if not Cable, I’d just go a little bit stronger. Shaman Nate, maybe.
