Yes....having a Prime Minister try to take responsibilities from the provinces will not be good. My understanding is that there is no law or way for that too happen.

There is a clause that federal and provincial governments can use to allow something that is not part of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms....but its not been done at the federal level at all....but it can't be used to remove provincial mandates..

So in the end, this "protest" is absolutely ridiculous because federal politics cannot do anything about it.

Cleary this wouldn't be it. First...2/3rd of Canadians are not against vaccine mandates...Second....the convoy only affects certain parts of certain cities in a nation of 35 million people..

And lastly, you call him a tyrannical dictator (or something close) for imposing nothing (because mandates are imposed by provincial premiers)...yet you want him to override everything using his power of being the prime minister.

I think the majority of protesters a couple of weekends ago were OK...some were bad apples, others not.

But the ones that are stayed....they were/are causing a disturbance.
The horn honking has stopped (they were going to get sued by locals).

But there is reports of some of these people lighting fires in residences, kicking through windows of businesses, accosting local citizens for wearing masks and etc....and there is reports that at least 100 young kids are living in these trucks.....
