Rom is probably mid herald but his neutraliser could banish Thor to Limbo a place he has visited before. The classic issue with the Space Phantom where Thor without Mjolnir is leaping around and fighting like the Hulk.

A lot of these characters have already done it.

Anyway, 'normal' Thor? There are a few strong TPs on there (Cassandra Nova, White Martians etc).

There are a few haxx cunning magic users beatboks and Mungi would prob rep (Shaman/Hellstrom).

Not to mention the speedy bricks (Mon-El/BA/Billy) that could deal damage.

He has BFR, which would help against a lot of them, but a few of them have BFR capabilities of their own.
