Because BRB was fighting pretty evenly with a guy who has the Allpower. Not shown to be a portion of this, sure, but even 5% of the Odinpower (and we know Odin gave up a LOT more than just 5%) should still make him beyond BRB:
Even when Thor had the PC AND the Odinpower, BRB was still able to draw blood:
And yet Thor was able to casually backhand him into a planet:
So like I said, weird.
Which would imply Thor still had the Allpower, as right before fighting him he says:

Odin is currently VERY depowered, relative to his Skyfather days. So what, he's at 5%? 10?
That implies Thor is currently rocking 90% or whatever of the Odinforce ,ON TOP of his own. Which makes his low showings even worse.
