Women tend to be weaker than men, both physically and in societal positions.
Women are physically weaker than men on average but they are perfectly capable of abusing both men, women and children.
Some studies for reference:

There are good and bad women out there much like men.
Women are vocal about their problems but men are conditioned to toughen up and tolerate much in comparison.

Women are not necessarily weaker in societal positions. They can manipulate others to do their bidding or get things done for them.

Many women are high achievers in organizations and some have become very powerful.

You need some exploring to do.

Your homophobia and sexism aside for a minute...
🙄
You are quick to label others but you seem to be lacking in knowledge and exposure in person.
I do not know how (gay) men behave in your location. In my interactions, I recognized two men as gay and rejected advances of both. They mistook my friendly behavior for interest in them. I would like to feel relaxed in the company of men instead.
Now read this carefully:
- Men victimize other Men.
- Men victimize Women.
- Men victimize Children.
- Women victimize other Women.
- Women victimize Men.
- Women victimize Children.
I am not sexist but being factual and honest.
I am rather women-friendly in life but I will call a spade a spade.

1) what do you base this on?
Some realities of your country?
1. Institution of marriage is in decline.
2. Birth rates are plummeting.
3. Families are increasingly broken.
4. Children are increasingly confused and violent.
Ever wondered why there are so many mass shooting incidents in USA?
Following article nailed it:
In the vast majority of cases, we have someone who feels aggrieved—a family breakdown, a wife filing for divorce or a restraining order, being fired from a job, or even the pent-up sexual frustration borne from not being good with women.
Whatever the cause, easy access to a firearm at the time the perpetrator felt most aggrieved was what tipped the situation into violence. In a significant number of incidents, the perpetrator began shooting within an hour of receiving a piece of news that they clearly couldn’t process. In a few cases, it was just minutes before the perpetrator stormed out to their car, grabbed whatever firearms were there, and began shooting. One of them already had guns in his lunchbox, and had them ready when his boss told him he was fired, immediately going on his rampage.
People in a distressed or emotional state should not have easy access to firearms.
