Under forum rules, baring rookies, a veteran should handily deal with Hulk's limited range and use their versatility for the win. For Gladiator, there's telepathy, phasing etc. so those are venues for him to be dealt with [along the myriad of others] but if he lands a 'bludgeoning' lantern he'd win physically. Surfer is the hardest and I don't think any single non-main lantern can handle him on average, so it'd probably take a few. But it's really hard to speak in general, when there so much variation.
ABHI is right. I got the armors mixed up. He is fighting the armor from King In Black which makes this even more impressive since Hulk is fighting an actual Celestial...

Tony owns both armors but Cate confirmed which armor he is using here, an actual Celestial; the one he took over in King.
Cate also confirms that Thor and Odin power levels here, in his book is greater than demon gods like Dormammu which speaks volumes on Hulk power level.

Duuh, it's never about power scaling. He said the goal here is to get Hulk as pissed as possible. He still said Thor and Odin is more powerful than Demons.
Sentry is just that powerful. He's been compared to Celestials and Galactus. Also, Ironman amplified this Celestial and he also added the black to this armor as well.
