Oh, God.

There is case law about the definition. It defines what a person is. For that reason (UK law here, since that is the definition you used), a foetus is not a person for the purposes of the definition.

Secondly, look at the fourth word: unlawfully. Abortion is lawful- the definition is not met. This has now been raised and replied to at least 10 times.

Law doesn't work on implications. There is strict case law which determines what is and is not a person. A foetus is not.

You would have a point if age was measured from the moment of conception, but it is not; age is measured from the moment of birth.

Being for abortion to me means supporting the laws as we have them here in DK. An abortion can be performed for free at a hospital until the 12th week. After that the woman's life has to be in danger or another serious situation has to arise for an abortion to be performed.
It'll take 3-4 weeks max for the girl/woman to know if whe's pregnant, giving her plenty of time to discuss with her partner if they want the kid or not.
