Actually we covered this a hundred or so pages ago. In a debate, there is a pro side and a con side. If the debate is about abortion, then you've got pro-abortion and anti-abortion.
I don't use pro-choice because if it were about choice, you'd have pro-choice and anti-choice. I don't think that there are actually any anti choice people however since abortion is the only option that they want off the table.
Likewise I don't really like pro-life as that would make the other side anti-life, which is just ridiculous.

no, pro abortion and pro-choice are different. i am kinda anti-abortion because i think a fetus should have an opportunity to become a child. However, i am pro-choice because i don't think the government has the right to make that decisison for a woman. I may not like the idea, but it's none of my buisness. I have to respect other people's wishes.
