Dyspo had linear predictable movements. It's the exact same principle as Batman dodging guns in spite of being slower then bullets.

Why can't he just vanish to the location and throw a blast big enough to kill this deformed fish along with everything else inside of it? He should be able to easily sense how much power it would take to accomplish this.

But Dyspo doesn't matter to Goku anyways, because of this;

Clearly a special ability unique to Dyspo. Like Hit's time stop. And one can can't even maintain in an extended battle, only an instant.

Goku is still sub light, and the sonar using bot proves this.
