Imo: he pretty clearly arrives after they do. They have a conversation as if he isn't there, then while Arsenal is talking about how it'll take over a week for Supes to find them, his sentence drops off... because Superman just showed up.
And for Superman's arrival, there are little blur/speed lines around the edge of the panel, as if he's just zoomed in. Like a warp speed visual effect.

This is how I read it too… the whole dialogue that happens when they get to the island kind of nullifies the idea that he outraced the teleportation..

That's not as simple, the teleportation was cloaked from him so he couldn't know the location he needed to go. He arrived earlier and moved to their location once they arrived.
It's not like he's an actual idiot who can't move and listen at the same time.

He must've searched entire Earth to locate them, physically of course.

Hell if I was like a Surfer fan I'd claim that Superman searched entire Earth at superspeed to locate the outlaws.🤭🤭
The infamous "I searched the planet" scene. That is such a goofy argument from them. 😂
Because Norrin doesn't have cosmic senses and couldn't have simply scanned the planet sitting there, Occam's what?
