Russian victory is unquestioned, it is only a matter of time.
The real determining factor is how long NATO is willing to slow the bleeding. If tensions escalate with China, the money is likely to dry up for Ukraine.

No one is getting accurate figures from Russia, and Ukraine isn't exactly a paragon of virtue (Just because Russia is a greater evil doesn't erase the well documented charges and proofs of corruption in Ukraine).
