I guess they just don't care so long as it doesn't cost more to keep it than shut it down?

My guess would be that they'd try to sell it.

It hasn't been touched in over ten years, what do you think?

I don't think anyone uses it. The forum is what generates revenue.

although, lol, there are still occasional bot comments being left on those ten-year-old posts

Jan 25, 2023: "Thank you for writing such a nice blog with useful information. I hope you will share some more info."

We should all just buy it together 😆

I wanna save enough money to buy vsbattles someday so i can redo the tier list and revise the atrocities they've done to dc

or maybe just pay the mods, which should be an easier task

Did anyone read G.O.D.S. yet?

I just did. It was fun.

Seems as heady and steeped in lore as Hickman's other Marvel works but more... charming???

The only thing that gives me pause is that Wyn's role seems duplicative of Doctor Strange's and S.H.I.E.L.D.'s.

Also, I finally realized that Hickman and Weaver finished their S.H.I.E.L.D. run.

I stopped reading when I hit the wall of text when they're greeted by Wong at the door. It wasn't bad, I was tired and I needed to go to bed and that seemed like a good cut-off point.

I like trail of breadcrumbs Hickman lays out. I saw read the preview of the opening and I thought I'd dislike Wyn, "You're not old, you're just tired." But yeah, it turns out he's been doing this a lot longer. The "boy" remark was a bit too blunt though.

Hahaha is that actually Superman or a knockoff?

Superkiller kills a superman knock-off in the first issue with a gun.

New Castlevania is kinda meh, especially compared to the previous series. F**king Netflix.

Got rid of Warren Ellis. That's what happens.

Whomever was the stupid moron that made that call, needs to be kicked in the balls or headbutted in the vagina,

I liked Season 1 of Castlevania more than 2; the subplot with Isaac and Hector was just so dreary. Haven't watched much of Nocturne yet, though. I quite like the Aztec vamp.

Olrox (so far) s the most interesting character, but he alone can't carry this show.

I liked ssn 1 and 2, but 3 was starting to wane my desire for the show. I'm sure I'll watch this eventually.

Now Invincible. That's one I can't wait for. 30 days, hell yeah.

I'm cautiously optimistic about Scott Pilgrim Takes Off

I wish it wasn't Michael Cera but the animation looks great.

Oh yeah I forgot about Scott Pilgrim! Yeah I'm also very excited about that. I wonder if it got hit by the writers strike at all.

There was a huge controversy where Ellis' exploitation of women whom were fans or interested in getting into the comics industry was exposed. It happened right as the first series was wrapping up production. I mean... dozens of women.

No way they could keep him attached to the show.

The seasons of the first series just get better, IMHO. Every season once it wrapped, I was like... that was better than the previous season. But I admit that you do need to watch that season's conclusion otherwise you might feel like you're getting slow-dripped the plot.

It's a binge show, not a wait a week for each episode show. Indeed, the way some episodes end make no narrative sense and are jarring.
