I don't know the specifics of the conversation other than two people yelling incel at one another, but I do like to mark the amusement over the fact that it seems like "Rockstar" is the only status of fame one can have where they have copious amounts of sex.
I suppose there is a difference, though, when career advancement is on the line. A groupie is never going to advance their career by fucking a famous musician, so the power imbalance isn't there.
