The sitllsuit would first remove all the moisture from your giant turd-log, as you noted, leaving a small desiccated turd-ling, which would then be broken down into a fine doodoo powder (think cocoa powder) as you move, that can be later expelled from the suit.

Reminds me whenever I watch the 1984 Dune and think about how hot Sean Young looks in that black tight suit, then I remember she's all sweaty, pissy and shitty under that.
