Well, I'm on a road to recovery. People got it worse than me so I can't complain too much. Don't ignore blood pressure, especially if it runs in the family. It can mess you up in ways you would never imagine.

No I was "lucky" enough to have the blood pressure affect the blood vessels in my eyes. My vision started going wonky and that's the only symptom that brought me in. But my body was messed up and I didn't even know it. Could have given myself a stroke or heart attack at work or the gym and never knew wtf happened.

For what it's worth, I doubt there's a single KMCer with normal blood pressure readings... 😂

Was it season 1? The first season is not great. 2 and 3 were where I felt they really started to lock in.

season 1 was definitely the worst of all jojo

the newer seasons are better in general
