Watched the animated Into the Spider-Verse last night. Second viewing. Was a REALLY good flick, better then many live action MCU films.

Granted I could in no way relate to the parts about tagging, and hate Miles Morales because I'm an evil bigot apparently. Yet somehow felt emotionally invested in the arc on his uncle, and got a thrill as Miles was leaping through the air and finally coming into his own as a Spider-Man. (Did think the idea he had time to personalize his Spidey suit with a meticulous paint job when a major universe ending crisis was going on was goofy hilarious though).

Also liked the guest Spiders, Spider-Ham is really the only one I'm familiar with. Spider-Gwen I heard of but never read (Doesn't she act like Deadpool?), Spider-Noir sounds made up for the film, and the future Spider anime girl with her robot spider friend I'm reasonably certain is also made up but would totally read a comic about her.

As for Fisk, he looks like a jacked up Gru here. 😂 Something about the placement of his head relative to his body. Guy was definitely terrifying, he just didn't really remind me of Fisk. None of the dignity, felt more like a dime and five thug here.

I believe free speech is absolute. I believe hate speech does not exist, hate speech is merely speech someone finds offensive or repugnant, but even vile speech is speech.

I believe laws against inciting a riot are anti first amendment. If faced with an angry mob, you blame the mob. If the mob riots in response to doee speech, you blame the mob. If you can stop a riot by censoring speech, then you may as well scrap the constitution and enact an authoritarian regieme because that is what compromise gets you. Better to allow the realm to burn to the ground then to compromise one single principle.

Never compromise. Not even in the face of Armageddon

These are not extreme views. These are views that were taught in American education systems for decades. Our leaders compromised, and there will be blood.

I also believe the second amendment covers ALL arms, including rocket launchers or tanks. I believe there should be no regulation on arms, at all. I believe safety laws of unamerican, ssat belt laws should not exist, osha should not exist, age of consent laws are absolute bullshit and should not exist. Emergency services and police should be dismantled, as should all prisons. Let people choose to wotk together or not, let communities go to pot completely if individuals choose to make it so.

An ideal society is an anachy, I wish America could become that ideal.

That reminds me, years ago some climate change terrorists(yes, more than activists) had at night gone to a car dealership and set a bunch of SUVs on fire, because they're gas guzzlers, pollution, blah blah. Then scientists were saying that the stuff released from setting them on fire was worse than them all putting out fumes from normal use for years on the road.
