Weight went back down. It was all water and sodium.
Makes sense, had half a deep dish pizza at Uno's, and half a sampler at Ruby Tuesday. That was my entire dinner.
I did have one English Muffin with peanut butter and butter one day and a chibata roll with same in an effort to gain weight, but I guess it evened out on the fact I don't eat like I used to.
For example lets say I bad a black bean omlete with no meat for breakfast, and five slices of stuffed bread for dinner (Chicken cutlet and cheese). Would that be enough to gain weight, maintain it, or lose it?
I read italian stuffed breads are only something like 90 lbs a slice. The Omlete had two eggs in it, a lot of veggies and onion and jalapeno peppers both diced and whole, and this black bean paste, all on top of a tortilla.
It was very filling for me, so filling I couldn't even finish it, but calorie wise would that even be a lot? No idea.
Maybe the truth is I'm doing 2100 calories or less most days now.
