Justice League Dark Apokolips War.
For all its problems, the most glaring is the Constantine wanking. And I LIKE Constantine.
Look, this is supposed to be the final Flashpoint animated film. It's the very last time you see the characters you came to love since the eponymous Flashpoint film, to the JLA movies, to the Titan movies, to all the Bat movies, and Justice League Dark.
You'd think they'd give us a balance, something for the Titan fans, for the JLA fans ect. They certainly tried to, but when everyone from Superman to the Gawd Dam Batman is saying "We NEED Constantine", it kind of takes you out if it and reminds you this is Justice League Dark.
He's simply TOO IMPORTANT compared to his normal place in DC. He's in the center of ALL the big events. When Batman is at a loss, Constantine saves the day. When Flash doesn't know what to do, Constantine encourages him to reset the timeline.
Why did this even need to be a Justice League Dark movie? Why end on that note? You have a universe ending event here, EVERYONE should be important, EVERYONE should save the day. Instead it's the John Constantine show. The last one, all about John.
