I see. Can't say I'm surprised.

And 2008 film already had too many Banner scenes as it was.

^^^Yeah he didn’t seem to see the Hulk as the big draw.

Hell, let's be honest. Ang Lee's Hulk with Eric Bana was better.

Norton was bland as fuck and is suffering from some serious delusions of grandeur.

In a vacuum I did like 2003 Hulk better which I got lambasted by MCU fans for expressing before, particularly the villain who I found was more interesting than Abomination. Nick Nolte driving his son crazy was in a way amusing. Didnt stop me from giving credit where it was due though with Norton and his knowledge of Hulk, though didnt know about those other things with him, so eh, can see more now why he got fired. Delusions of grandeur indeed.

Apart from what I already said, also didnt help that 2008 Hulk came out the same year as The Dark Knight. Regardless of opinions on the Nolan films, Batman is a much bigger name than Hulk, so really didnt help.

It just wasn't a good movie to begin with, to be brutally honest.

I had no idea Norton was a fan. But being a fan of the character is not enough in some cases and it certainly wasn't enough in TIH.

Edward Norton might have had the closest resemblance to Bruce Banner, but the Mark Ruffalo Hulk most closely resembles the comics Hulk. That's one way I differentiate them. The comics always cheat in this way, where Banner and Hulk have different faces and shapes of head. But the movies have always given Hulk the same face as the actor, which I think is better.

^^^Nicely put. Upvote.

Lol...

...

Majors is a degenerate and a complete fool, he had easy millions in Marvel money coming his way for the next 5-10 years, now his whole career is over with.

No studio will sign him after Disney dropped his ass, except for maybe Ben Shaprio's crappy one.

😂

Oh yeah, The Daily Wire would LOVE to hire him if he's willing to shill and grift for the Right-Wing propaganda machine. Especially since he's black, like Candace Owens who grifts for them. They love that. I'm surprised they haven't hired Kanye West yet.. probably because he's too blunt with his racism. Goes far beyond the dog whistle.. heh

The good thing about the endless multiverse, they can recast Majors with any actor and explain the physical changes away, if they pick a non Black man.

Personalty, I'd just go with someone like Chiwetel Ejiofor, looks the part and is a better actor.

He's a killer actor!

Does he already have a Marvel role? 🤔

Baron Mordo in Dr Strange.

Highly recommend him in...

The Shadow Line
Z for Zachariah
Red Belt
Serenity

Get them watched

As for a replacement for Kang...seeing as neither got picked to replace Black Panther

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II
Sope Dirisu

Just move on from Kang. He's not interesting and he lost to freakin Ant-Man. He's not a threat. The argument is that even when you defeat one Kang (in the MCU), there is another one waiting in the wings... But that doesn't make him some big dangerous foe, it just makes him into a series of goons. That's not at all compelling. Plus Loki basically felt like it resolved that whole Kang storyline.

That's right. What a waste. That movie sucked.

I've seen two of the 4. Z and Serenity. Serenity is what I saw him in first and was super impressed ever since.

I woudn't mind and Majors getting axed would be an easy out, but I think they've already built the storylines around Kang as is.

Galactus would be the proper threat level after Thanos.

I mean, it might work out for the best for Marvel, because he wasn't very good anyway, so maybe they'll come up with something better.

You know, necessity is the mother of invention...
